- Your prepaid meter number.

Type carefully. The system will verify and show your registered customer name. Confirm this matches you.
Step 7: Enter the amount.
Decide how much electricity you want to buy. There is usually a minimum, but it is small.

Pay with your wallet, card or bank transfer. Within seconds, your token appears on the screen.
Step 9: Type the token into your meter.
Walk to your prepaid meter. Type in the 20-digit token. The meter will accept it and your units will climb up. That's it.
Step 10: Repeat anytime.
For future purchases, your meter number is saved. Buying a new token takes about 30 seconds.
